Natalie Allen is the founder and owner of Pacific Sports Rehab, an upper extremity facility specializing in holistic care for the shoulder, elbow, wrist, and hand. With a deep passion for restoring function and improving quality of life, Natalie is committed to helping individuals of all ages return to the activities they love.

LYDIA STOUT
OTR/L, MSOT
Lydia is an occupational therapist specializing in upper extremity rehabilitation. Her interest in this field was sparked during her college years when she shadowed a certified hand therapist (CHT), inspiring her pursuit of a Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science followed by a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy (MSOT) from Grand Valley State University (GVSU).

CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
Lucy is a results-driven healthcare operations leader with a strong foundation in both science and business. As Chief Operations Officer at Pacific Sports Rehab, she optimizes clinical workflows, enhances patient-centered care, and supports occupational therapy and upper extremity rehabilitation services.

CAROL LANG
COTA
Carol is a skilled Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with over 10 years in the field and 5 years working directly in hand therapy clinics. Carol has a passion for upper extremity rehabilitation and holistic, client-centered care. Carol is an integral part of our team, as she has helped individuals regain function and independence by integrating evidence-based practices into their treatment sessions.

KATE DINSMORE
RECEPTION
Kate is excited to be a part of the Pacific Sports Rehab team as a member of our front office staff. When she's not assisting our clients, Kate is a talented musician in the Seattle area, often performing around town. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, hanging out with friends, and, of course, playing with Olive, the office dog. Kate’s diverse interests and upbeat personality make her a wonderful addition to our team.
